Essentially this means that each TeleRep agent is multiskilled in a variety of accounts so that their time is "shared". This multiskilled environment is suitable for many clients with lower call volume as it allows their calls to be answered 24 hrs a day at a fraction of the cost of staffing, scheduling, managing, training, providing and maintaining equipment for internal employees. This standard model allows you to get the quality of a professional receptionist answering your phones at a fraction of the cost.

In order to cover the same hours of operation TeleRep does you would have to hire 4 or more full time employees. 

At the same time given all the factors that go into staffing, training, managing, and monitoring calls, some clients prefer the flexibility of dedicated agents.  Dedicated Agents answer your calls exclusively.  TeleRep will provide staff to answer only your calls and they will not be part of the shared environment.  This model works well with higher volume accounts where per minute pricing may not best fit your needs.
