Call Recording / Monitoring
We record all calls and can monitor each one. This allows supervisors, trainers, coaches, and you (our client) to listen to any call which offers the opportunity to constantly review and improve. Every "TeleRep" aka operator receives multiple random call monitorings and coachings to ensure that the highest level of quality comes across on every call. Each operator is incentivized to further ensure the best quality service on every call. TeleRep utilizes state of the art training programs such as "Telephone Doctor", and "FISH" Every "TeleRep" goes through rigorous coaching and training before ever handling a "real" call. They regularly spend days side by side with a seasoned Telephone Representative (a TeleRep).
