Meet Our Top Notch Team

TeleRep operators have been handling phone calls for more than 30 years. The first team member was owner Sandie Olson, who founded this business because she realized the skills of a telephone operator were worth more than the wages typically offered.

Sandie has created a workplace that expects excellence from its team, and rewards it. This goal has resulted in a turnover rate that's the lowest in the industry, longevity among employees means a higher quality of service - the average time of employment for our operators is between 18-24 months.

Our team works from one call center located south of Baltimore City - we welcome visits from clients so they are able to meet the staff who answer their calls.
